Vouchers reduce your monthly bill by applying credits to your account. They’re typically distributed at trade shows, conferences, or during special promotions.
To redeem a voucher code:
The discount will automatically apply to your upcoming invoices.

When several vouchers apply to the same invoice, percentage discounts are computed on the full invoice amount first, then credits absorb what remains.
A tiered voucher defines a discount per range of servers, for example a higher percentage from 50 servers and another one from 100. A range without a tier gets no discount.
The number of servers is derived from the billed hours of your servers, SNMP devices and vSphere resources over the invoice period, mirroring the monthly cap of the billing:
Invoices are recomputed every hour, so the discount automatically follows the actual number of connected servers. The percentage applied is shown on the invoice.
The Vouchers section of the same Payment Methods page lists your vouchers, active ones first and expired or used ones under Past vouchers. Each voucher shows:
When your vouchers reduced the current month’s invoice, a banner sums up how much they saved you this month. A voucher past its end date is marked Expired, and a one-time credit with nothing left is marked Fully used.
