All servers in your account use the same plan—you cannot mix plans within a single account.

Note

On Starter and Professional, the server and monitor counts are soft limits — the default guard rails are 100 servers and 20 monitors, and a safeguard caps metrics at 200 (Starter) / 2,000 (Professional) per agent. All can be raised via support. Metrics beyond the included allocation are billed per pack — see Billing.

Changing Your Plan

You can change your plan at any time:

1. Go to Subscriptions
2. Select your desired plan
3. Confirm the change

Plan changes take effect within the hour. Since billing is calculated hourly, you’ll only pay for what you use.

Downgrading to Free

The Free plan is limited to 3 servers and 5 monitors. You’ll need to remove excess servers and monitors before you can switch to Free.

After Signup

New accounts start with a 15-day trial period that includes all Professional features. After the trial:

• With a payment method: Automatically moves to Professional
• Without a payment method: Automatically moves to Free

You can always add a payment method later to access paid features.
