Vouchers & Credits

Vouchers reduce your monthly bill by applying credits to your account. They’re typically distributed at trade shows, conferences, or during special promotions.

Using a Voucher

To redeem a voucher code:

1. Go to Payment settings
2. Find the Vouchers section
3. Enter your voucher code
4. Click Apply

The discount will automatically apply to your upcoming invoices.

Checking Voucher Status

View all your vouchers and their status on the same Payment settings page.

You can see:

• Active vouchers currently applying discounts
• Expiration dates for time-limited vouchers
• Remaining credit for value-based vouchers

Getting Vouchers

Vouchers are available through:

• Events: Visit us at trade shows and conferences
• Promotions: Sign up for our newsletter for special offers
• Reservations: Long-term reservations generate recurring vouchers
