Tip

A default Rocket.Chat integration is already created in your account. You just need to configure the webhook URL.

Create an Incoming Webhook in Rocket.Chat

You’ll need administrator access to your Rocket.Chat instance.

1. Navigate to Administration → Workspace → Integrations
2. Click + New in the top right
3. Select Incoming WebHook
4. Configure the webhook:
   • Enable the integration
   • Name it (e.g., “Bleemeo Alerts”)
   • Select the channel to post to
   • Set a username for the bot (e.g., “Bleemeo”)
5. Save and copy the Webhook URL

Create the Integration in Bleemeo (Optional)

If you need multiple Rocket.Chat integrations:

1. Go to the Integrations page
2. Click Add Integration and select Rocket.Chat
3. Give it a descriptive name

Configure Notification Rules

1. Go to Notifications
2. Create a new rule or edit an existing one
3. In the Targets step, select your Rocket.Chat integration
4. Paste your webhook URL
