Create an API Integration in OpsGenie

  1. In OpsGenie, go to SettingsIntegrations
  2. Click Add Integration and select API
  3. Configure the integration:
    • Give it a name (e.g., “Bleemeo”)
    • Assign it to a team
    • Set permissions to at least Create and Update Access
  4. Copy the API Key

Add the Integration in Bleemeo

  1. Go to the Integrations page in Bleemeo
  2. Click Add Integration and select OpsGenie
  3. Paste your OpsGenie API Key
  4. Give it a descriptive name

Configure Notification Rules

  1. Go to Notifications
  2. Create a new rule or edit an existing one
  3. In the Targets step, select your OpsGenie integration

When Bleemeo triggers an alert:

  • An alert is created in OpsGenie
  • OpsGenie routes it based on your team’s configuration
  • On-call responders are notified according to escalation policies
  • When the alert resolves in Bleemeo, OpsGenie is notified to close the alert
