Microsoft is retiring Office 365 connectors. Please migrate to Microsoft Teams Workflows for continued support.

Send alerts to Microsoft Teams channels using the legacy connector method. This integration will stop working when Microsoft retires connectors.

Create an Incoming Webhook

1. Open Microsoft Teams and navigate to your channel
2. Click the … menu next to the channel name
3. Select Connectors
4. Search for “Incoming Webhook” and click Configure
5. Name your webhook (e.g., “Bleemeo Alerts”)
6. Copy the generated webhook URL

Configure in Bleemeo

1. Go to Notifications
2. Create a new rule or edit an existing one
3. Select Teams from the integration dropdown
4. Paste your webhook URL

Migrate to Teams Workflows

Microsoft is phasing out Office 365 connectors. To ensure uninterrupted alerts:

1. Set up the new Teams Workflows integration
2. Update your notification rules to use the new integration
3. Remove the old connector from your Teams channel
