Getting Started with SquirrelDB
This section documents how to deploy your own instance of SquirrelDB. We will cover the installation of the following components:
- SquirrelDB: a scalable and highly available timeseries database.
- Cassandra or ClickHouse: the database used for SquirrelDB long term storage. See storage backends to choose between them.
- Optionally Redis, for the short term storage. It is what makes SquirrelDB instances stateless, and is required for a highly available setup.
