A report allows you to have a weekly or monthly summary of the status of the monitors.
How to create a report ?
On the monitor tab, you can create a report with an optional description, a period (weekly or monthly), and an active toggle (send report or not).
Once created, you have to create a SLO for it to be useful.
What is the SLO ?
A service-level objective (SLO) is a key element of a service-level agreement (SLA) between a service provider and a customer. You can select one monitor by SLO, if url of the monitor is long, you can add a description for human readability. You have to possibility of add 3 types of objectives:
- Availability objective
- Reliability objective
- Response time objective
For each SLO, we display list of downtimes with start time, end time and duration of downtime. The smaller downtime varies according to monitor check interval of current plan.
